Zhuhai Hokai Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996, with the registered capital of 440.055 million RMB. On October 26, 2011, the Company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock name referred to as "Hokai", stock code 300273).
